Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

It must also be in the original packaging
Non-returnable items include:

Any opened or used products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns must be approved in advance before being sent back.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

All returns must be pre-approved by contacting us at kerafactor@mykerafactor.com.

Approved returns will be issued a Return Authorization (RMA)

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval

Returns sent without authorization may be refused or not eligible for refund

You must use the provided label for your return to be accepted and processed

Returns sent using a different shipping method may not be eligible for refund

Important Return Shipment Requirements

The return must be shipped using the provided label and carrier

You are responsible for dropping off or handing the package to the carrier

A return is only considered received once tracking confirms delivery to our facility
We are not responsible for packages that are not shipped, not scanned in by the carrier, or never received.
If tracking does not show movement or delivery, no refund will be issued.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Products with obvious signs of use

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned outside of the 30-day window

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
